  • Carlos, a cook taps:TV mode
Heard in TV mode: a big dark board with the 86'd grilled salmon, the low braised short rib and a note about the risotto.
CCarlos, cook“86 the salmon”

Heard says

Got it. Grilled salmon is 86'd. Servers can see it. The app thinks we have 6 portions, so I asked Chef Maya to double check.

Sample kitchen. TV mode: the big board for the wall, after Carlos said 86 the salmon. The people, the dishes and the numbers are made up.

What happens

What Heard does

  1. The board shows what is 86'd, what is low and the notes for servers.
  2. The letters are big, so you can read them from far away.
  3. Tap Exit TV to close it.

Try it yourself

Now you say it.
